Someone left a kitten like this out in front of the pet store I work at.Mothered it up and now he's livin' with me. I named him Fozzy cause of his long-soft hair. Not really long like some cats more like medium This cat is NOT retarded nor is it drunk. It has a brain deformation that conflicts with his back legs. Notice how he has no prob' supporting himself with his front legs. He stumbles because he can't control his back legs very well. Hence the name "dandy walker syndrome"

@momskc102 the cat has a congenital problem, its only other option was probably euthanasia, just like my cat. would you rather it be dead or in a loving home? its not in any pain and lives a happy life. and as for "making fun" of the kitten, do you expect these people to coddle this cat its whole life and live shout "woe is me!" when this problem is clearly humorous And again, the cat is not in any pain nor is its feelings hurt.
