without any added programs.... just plugins for 3d max effects like fire an smoke(fumefx and fireburn)

I have a very strong feeling you will go far. Perhaps you could make your own short movie to show off your skills, like that guy who made the "What's in the box" thing. He actually got contacted by Fox, you know.
