The video showed an arrest and doesn't explain the context (did the policeman find an outsatanding warrant?) At the end, there was a situation where a policeman used an attack dog which is a violation in itself. Unless the dogs can pass a written test as to what the laws of the land are - they should not be used... Unfortunately, many policemen would fail such an exam too.

The police are constitutional guards and take an oath to protect and serve the people against all enemies foreign and domestic. Correct me if I am wrong.
