It indeed is a waterspout, not because it is a tornado on water, but because this one isn't a real tornado not even if it would travel on land. It is a waterspout because it is realy a spout. He doesn't touch the surface. A tornade that travelles over water may be called a tornado or a water tornado, but also waterspout
This is a waterspout(hoos),as long it's in water it's called a waterspout,but a soon it touches ground you can call it a tornado,but they'll have vry weak winds.
I also got some great pictures when this first started. I was on the beach at the Divi Divi. Got video and pictures and only pictures of the second one. Great trip on then the major rain that day.

It's like a whirlpool, Tornado is like much bigger and stronger. But i hope it doesnt go on land
