i worry about staying awake for an hour just for my stomch to break down the food. i walk from 7am to 3:30pm. I dont have breakfast until 9 am. at that time i will now eat cerail and hot cerial im deciding to lay off baken and kolaches. i have a habbit of eating before bed. I would normally have a boll of cerial.

actually there is some research that shows if you eat carbohydrates before sleep your body won't be able to create any significant amount of hgh hormone. At night your body uses hgh to build muscle so low hgh at night is bad therefore eating carbohydrates before sleep is a bad idea
