your eating disorder solution was a joke that obvious haphazard guesswork i made a two sided block leaving an opening for the head and it flips him over with his arm force and the unbalanced wieght letting the ball fall right on the star

Your "Killer H" and "Eating Disorder" solutions were excellent!

How did you realize the Eating Disorder Solution? Did you just decide to delete the piece after the level became stuck? And then the ball rolled into the star by accident?

As for "Eating Disorder", it took me a while to figure it out. I tried to make the guy fall off the screen, hoping that his head would open to let the ball out and it actually worked.

I have another elegant solution for this one (working nearly one of three times, and exploiting a game physics bug): simply draw a rectangle covering the whole screen. The ball should fall through it and reach the bottom (hopefully with appropriate horizontal speed) while the guy starts floating above.
