There are a lot of paralells with Catch Me If You Can. They're both true stories about a kid who comes from a fucked up home with divorce and money problems, and they both react to this buy deciding they will NEVER end up like that, and when they're both still basically kids turn to entreprenurial, groundbreaking crime to make money and escape into glamour.
