they haved to be in love and u go to the bed make sure both couple are on the bed u make them cuddle then click the button it shuld say woohoo or try for an baby then couple of days the sim gets an sign and keeps on being sick when she pees it means shes pregnant then u decored the baby room then your sims belly grows then your sim will have an baby if u want all the stuff theres sim websites :} hope i helped.
