The singer's name is Izhar Cohen (Who already won the ESC with A-ba-ni-bi), he also has Yemenite origins (Like Dana international), and also turned out to be gay.

Please reread my 1st 3 posts: Oleh Oleh was never among the songs to which I needed lyrics; I needed them in Hebrew; the translations of just the titles are no help, and I had already done a SINGABLE English translation of Oleh Oleh. Better, I don't mind saying, than what you just provided.

I STILL need the part of "Tov" at the end, between a female singer's "Whoop!" and the repetition of "Ki zeh mah sheyaish bi". It sounds like "Tov lismoch", "Tov lirkod" or similar.
