I think I might've figured out why they introducing the hook blade. Maybe in AC3, if or when u play desmond, u use or upgrade the hook for grappling (to scale tall buildings like batman aa/c...i kno different game) anyone agree or think im kinda close,its just a thought.

@BloodlinesMaster I can answer that for you: No, although Ubisoft intended to give Altaïr a crossbow it wasn't even invented in the 12th century (They accidentally showed it in a trailer). So they waited to implement it into another game: Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood.

the game contains lots of true historic facts, almost all of it, and its something great, but please don't ruin the game, we are people with good belief and we respect all religions, and we respect our god, and I think Moses, Jesus, and Mohamed know much more than Leonardo DaVinci, I will keep playing this game, with all respect to the great work, great visuals, great gameplay, great story, but I will keep my beliefs and respect to these great individuals, and I hope you, the makers, do the same

@AliiBassam How is it against those religions? By creating a fictional story based on real historical events and religious figures? Adam and Eve are characters in a story, Genesis. Ubisoft can do whatever they want with these characters. Just because a game conveys religion in a different aspect doesn't mean it's going against other religions.

Every time we launch your great game, we get a notice that this game is made by people from diffirent religious beliefs, and i believe that these religious beliefs are Judaism, Christianity and Islam, but I noticed that the game is taking a road which is against all these 3 religions, that pre-humans control humans, and Adam , Eve managed to escape, and we all know that Adam , Eve were in paradise, they ate the apple, and god punished them, so please, lets go back to the original story & belief

@AliiBassam They can't if they want to create an origin story. If they want to show how everything went down, they'll probably take a grain of detail from the major religions and history and mix them into the story. I think that if you are religious, then you know what that truth is for you in the way you practice your faith, and a game won't disturb that.

@t260y It wont disturb me but that doesn't mean that it wont play with other people's minds, there's a big number of gamers who get easly affected by these stuff, specially with a very true historical story, any religious part in this story will simply be a total truth to them, since they believe the historical part, in another way, they give you true informations, over and over, so when the false one comes, you'll believe that its another true information aswell.

@AliiBassam And when they try to show off that knowledge, people will correct them with true history. AC can act as a jump off point into learning more about history and other important figures. Because, honestly, most will figure that out when it comes to the game's lore and how it conflicts with real world truths. And it's pretty standard stuff. When I say that, I mean allot of game/novels/movies have things where creation myths and such are twisted.

You build up a natural resistance to it.
