From what I understand Sonu has learnt ICM from Pandit Jasraj and it shows in the sublties of his singing. Respect aside, Sonu sings some of Rafi numbers much better, as far as "swar ke kaam" is concerned, cause he is trained in ICM the right way. Go back and listen to Rafi after listening to Sonu's version. Once again no disrespect here, Rafi was a nice person, BUT he was not trained in ICM. As for ICM go listen to Rashid Khan, far more skilled then Rafi ever was.
