  • You have to contact USPS for a free pickup. You can do so through their website.

If you printed your postage label through eBay, you already paid for it with PayPal.

  • I need help! so if I put the day of deliver as tomorrow, will USPS, be here tomorrow to pick it up? and If I hit pay later, does that mean ill have to pay when they arrive? I am very worried I have my shipping label already printed and I don't know what will happen! im kinda having a panic attack!

  • What if you don't want the sellers address to show... How can you edit that?

  • @SuchaCaligrrl You cannot remove or hide the From address from the label. USPS requires that the From address be clearly visible.

  • When i go to my label printing it says missing plug ins and i have the latest version of Adobe reader PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!!!

  • @AcExLegendzZz This should be workingnow. (I assume you have a Mac). If not, try downloading this free PDF plug in: Search Google for "Shubert PDF Plugin"

  • What's the difference between an ebay shipping label and homemade label?

  • hi! i i assume that the special address printing paper is made up of several seperate label sized stickers? how do i get my printer to print on only one? also do you think my bathroom scales would be accurate enough to weigh out an 8kg aproximate package? will the post office let it go or do they go by nasa precision type weighing results? thanks

  • Does the paper type matter?

  • @TheManU4eva The default paper size is 8 x 10. The label will print on one half of that piece of paper (the other half is a receipt). You then cut it in half and tape the paper label onto your package. There are self adhesive label sheets that are 8 x10 (two labels per page) that also work well.

  • I have a dumb question as I've never used a printed label:

Do you just print it on paper and tape it on and such, or do you buy special paper with the stickers on it or whatever to stick to the box?

  • @NumberBubbles : Either! Most sellers use a plain sheet of paper which they tape to the box (don't tape over the bar code!) Others purchase a stock of the full sized adhesive backed labels which can be run through an inkjet or laser printer. If you are new or only an occasional seller, use the regular paper option and tape it to the box.

  • @eBayRadio Cool thanks :)

  • @NumberBubbles Check out our half sheet shipping labels item # OL400 at OnlineLabelscom, you can save a ton of time printing your shipping labels. Let me know if you have any questions, I will be posting a video about this exact topic in the next few days. :-)

  • What happens if the package is heavier or thicker or bulkier than what you estimated? Will you be dinged extra charges or is what ebay charges you the final price? Just curious cause I know if the package is too thick for example it can't be sent as letter mail but rather parcel. How do I know I dont get stiffed for extra fees or if the package will be returned due to improper pricing? Please help me feel better. Thanks!

  • @charronfamilyconnect : Don't estimate! Obtain an inexpensive postal scale (you can buy them cheap on eBay). And to avoid any issues with the carrier (like USPS) always make certain your parcel is within that carrier's guidelines. USPS provides package size and dimension guidelines for their various services on their website.

  • Simple and Easy---Thanks!

  • arnt you the guy that made jurassic park?

  • Hey Griff, we listen to you almost every week on eBay Radio. Thanks for the great tips.

  • THANK YOU!!! I'm new to all this, so this was terrific.

  • How do we adjust the size of a lable, because a normal prienter takes a biger page and what if the box you are shiping is smaller then a lable you just printed.

  • awesome awsome awesome AWESOME!

  • Thanks for doing this AWESOME video! I've shared it with my students and added it to Virtual Online Learning! Keep em comin'!!!

  • Great video!

  • I LOVE that you are doing these Griff, and I hope eBay heavily promotes these. Marlene (The Savvy Seller) thinks they would be GREAT for CES to have in their classes!
