Tried their "new" pizza for the first time tonight along with their advertised stuffed cheese bread. I used to eat a lot of dominos in college because it was cheap. Not sure if it was just my local store or what but completely unimpressed. I could be spoiled by eating at better local pizza joints but wasn't expecting it to be so bad. Dry, very little sauce etc. Won't make that mistake again.
I actually used to really like pizza hut, but when i watched this and other domino's pizza videos i tried it again because i hadn't eaten at domino's in awhile because it wasn't very good. It was pretty delicious and now I'm pretty stuck to domino's pizza and pizza hut is just "mehh" to me now.

I cannot comprehend why people don't like the new pizza. I mean, the old shit looked like it was just thrown together with hardly any sauce on it. Now it's incredible. The garlic buttered crust with parmesan was an awesome idea, and it seems like the cheese is ultimately better. I didn't pay attention in the video to if they did anything different with the cheese, but overall a great taste and better flavor. How can ANYBODY not like this?

The video of this pizza is not the pizza that I was delivered in Puyallup, Washington state. It sucked, the manager yelled at me and they refused to give me my money back for what I would not even consider FOOD. The Health department needs to shut them down. DOMINOES SUCKS!

haven't tried the Domino's pizza in a long time. The papa Johns near my house makes Amazing pizza. Better then actual Pizza Resturants!! I don't know what they do to their dough but it tastes different from other papa johns resturants. The pizza is crispy but soft and doughy in the inside kinda like a french banquette

That pizza is the shizznit. you can get it with garlic parmesan sauce instead of tomato it's super good. I love it now the crust is better than the pizza and the pizza is the best.
Not as bad as i thought!.....it's tastes good not great but good!....the sauce was tangy and the crust was garlic flavored was a perk...........the dough was softer!!...not as bad!! good indeed!

DOMINOS problem is: 1) They are not training their pizza personnel properly on how to make and bake the pies. or 2) The pies are too complex to make with too many steps, and hence the differences in pie quality. Again I've had it 7 times, and all the pies have been different. It all depends on who makes it, and for Dominos, this is bad. It's gotta be more standardized like McD's where the food is the same no matter where you go.
Ive had the new Dominos pizza about 7 times since launched. I can honestly say overall it's good, BUT each time, it's been different. That is Dominos' #1 problem - They have NO consistency in their product. That is why in Area X, people think it is fantastic, Area Y people think it is horrible. I have ordered all my orders from same place, all different however. The same hand tossed crust has been thicker in some cases, flatter in other. Some has had more garlic sauce on crust, some none.
I tried their new pizza and I wouldn't feed this slop to my worst enemy! Even with an automated oven they still managed to burn the thin crust deluxe pizza that I ordered. I won't be back to order another pizza from Dominos anytime soon!
I just e-mailed them about how unhappy I was with what I ordered from them. Even if they gave me free food, I would not take it. Of course the quality, customer service, etc. vary from place to place, I guess you got luckier than I did. Call me crazy, but slapping some greasy garlic oil & adding some provalone doesn't make it 'new.' New to me means the WHOLE thing is NEW=totally different. The word new is misused so much these days
Tried the new recipe and it tasted good. Tried the older recipe and it tasted great. Either one didn't taste bad at all. I guess I'm just not picky. I love Domino's Pizza. I think my favorite pizza that I have tasted so far though has probably gotta be Villa Pizza. I have never had true New York Style pizza since I have never been there but Villa Pizza seems like they come close I guess cause they have giant slices ala New York.

Well alot of us dont live on the east coast. Alot of us grew up with dominos and pizza hut. Both have always made great pizza and now its even better. The only place that makes low quality pizza is little cesars but its only $5 and its extremely fast so that makes up for it.

Just tried it since it was only $3.99 for a large. One of if not the worst pizza i have had. Domino's you really messed up by trying to fix what wasn't broken. Went from a bottom middle end pizza to complete and total rubbish pizza. Back to Papa johns or even Little slaesars for me when i decide to order out instead of making one myself.
Domino's still sucks. They added some garlic butter to the crust and spiced up the sauce a little bit. Other than that, still skimpy toppings and too much dough. Local pizzerias, Pizza Hut, and Mazzios are still better.

Ive had the new Dominos a few times. Can't tell the slightest bit of difference. I liked the old Dominos just fine, so no big deal for me. But I can't believe anyone can tell much of a difference.
Nothing at all changed, they drizzle garlic on the burnt cardboard crust and call it a new pizza. The toppings are always amazing, but the crust just destroys the pizza. I don't even think the cheese is that good. Extremely forgetable.
I been unable to order from Dominos for a week because they won't fix their payment system. No matter how better pizza get if I can't order it. I stay with Papa John because I can order within 2mins online and they deliver in 20 mins. I spend over twos hour on Dominos Case #: 742810. Even the local store employee seems powerless or jaded that this issue can be fixed. Mangers can not help either. Once franchised quality suffers. No matter what spin you put on it.

shit, i feel bad for everyone who lives outside of new york. I've been other places outside of new york and the pizza SUCKS. I see why you guys like dominoes and pizza hut. Here, the only people who eat that shit are people who can't afford anything more than a $6 pie or people who have low as shit standards.
Here you can go to the shittiest pizza place around and it's still 100x better than dominoes or pizza hut. Shit, I'm cravin a buffalo chicken slice now.

Not as bad as i thought!.....it's tastes good not great but good!....the sauce was tangy and the crust was garlic flavored was a perk...........the dough was softer!!...not as bad!! good indeed!

continued....cheese and sauce have also varied in amounts. DOMINOS problem is: 1) They are not training their pizza personnel properly on how to make and bake the pies. or 2) The pies are too complex to make with too many steps, and hence the differences in pie quality. Again I've had it 7 times, and all the pies have been different. It all depends on who makes it, and for Dominos, this is bad. It's gotta be more standardized like McD's where the food is the same no matter where you go.

Ive had the new Dominos pizza about 7 times since launched. I can honestly say overall it's good, BUT each time, it's been different. That is Dominos' #1 problem - They have NO consistency in their product. That is why in Area X, people think it is fantastic, Area Y people think it is horrible. I have ordered all my orders from same place, all different however. The same hand tossed crust has been thicker in some cases, flatter in other. Some has had more garlic sauce on crust, some none.

I tried their new pizza and I wouldn't feed this slop to my worst enemy! Even with an automated oven they still managed to burn the thin crust deluxe pizza that I ordered. I won't be back to order another pizza from Dominos anytime soon!

I just e-mailed them about how unhappy I was with what I ordered from them. Even if they gave me free food, I would not take it. Of course the quality, customer service, etc. vary from place to place, I guess you got luckier than I did. Call me crazy, but slapping some greasy garlic oil & adding some provalone doesn't make it 'new.' New to me means the WHOLE thing is NEW=totally different. The word new is misused so much these days

Tried the new recipe and it tasted good. Tried the older recipe and it tasted great. Either one didn't taste bad at all. I guess I'm just not picky. I love Domino's Pizza. I think my favorite pizza that I have tasted so far though has probably gotta be Villa Pizza. I have never had true New York Style pizza since I have never been there but Villa Pizza seems like they come close I guess cause they have giant slices ala New York.

Well alot of us dont live on the east coast. Alot of us grew up with dominos and pizza hut. Both have always made great pizza and now its even better. The only place that makes low quality pizza is little cesars but its only $5 and its extremely fast so that makes up for it.

@intevai The phrase 'pizza snob' is a misnomer. You contradict yourself by saying you don't know pizza other than the ones you've tasted not living in areas that traditionally make the best pizzas! You should be happy that there are people who HAVE tasted and known some of the better tasting pizzas across the U.S., and who are imparting that information to you. FYI, Dominos and Pizza Hut are NOT "great pizza" as you say, but you would know that if you tasted better pizza.

Just tried it since it was only $3.99 for a large. One of if not the worst pizza i have had. Domino's you really messed up by trying to fix what wasn't broken. Went from a bottom middle end pizza to complete and total rubbish pizza. Back to Papa johns or even Little slaesars for me when i decide to order out instead of making one myself.

Domino's still sucks. They added some garlic butter to the crust and spiced up the sauce a little bit. Other than that, still skimpy toppings and too much dough. Local pizzerias, Pizza Hut, and Mazzios are still better.

All this means that what they were serving in the past was total crap and Americans loved it!. Now change the crap around and hold out for the public to piss their money for a little longer. Dominos crust was a sprcial blend of NYC cardboard lied on by bums and that Head chese came from dirty hispanic toes straight froms Hell's Kitchen.

Ive had the new Dominos a few times. Can't tell the slightest bit of difference. I liked the old Dominos just fine, so no big deal for me. But I can't believe anyone can tell much of a difference.

Nothing at all changed, they drizzle garlic on the burnt cardboard crust and call it a new pizza. The toppings are always amazing, but the crust just destroys the pizza. I don't even think the cheese is that good. Extremely forgetable.

I been unable to order from Dominos for a week because they won't fix their payment system. No matter how better pizza get if I can't order it. I stay with Papa John because I can order within 2mins online and they deliver in 20 mins. I spend over twos hour on Dominos Case #: 742810. Even the local store employee seems powerless or jaded that this issue can be fixed. Mangers can not help either. Once franchised quality suffers. No matter what spin you put on it.
