It's obvious that there's a lot of unrest in Egypt. The focus is on the ouster of Mubarak. The question is how to do this properly. A vote requires democratic institutions in place & actions by the existing government.Overthrow of the government would require some group to seize power and that would raise questions of its legitimacy. Mobs cannot claim to speak for the people & resort to violence raises questions of their ability to rule. Should Mubarak empower the people's representatives?
