It is next to impossible to get the swine flu vaccine in my area. Hardly any of the local doctors have the vaccine and if they do, it's being rationed for only 2 to 4 yr old kids and pregnant women. There isn't even enough for them, apparently.

After hearing Dr. Horowitz, that "shortage" maybe a blessing in disguise.

Definately. You're much better off taking your chances and trying to keep as fit and healthy as possible, honestly. Eat loads of fruit/veg (organic if you can...local stuff has more vitamins ). Blueberries/dark fruit +get sun/daylight whenever you can to build immune system. Cut down tea + coffee spend more money on fresh food. Eat garlic raw, if you can stand it. Put on soup or juice with apple juice) acts as antibiotic + lowers blood pressure too + keeps colds away. Breathe deeply + stay calm

I highly recommend everyone take at least 2,000 units of D3 a day (get a capsule form-not pill-better absorption). I read that you can up that amount but kidney stones can form when the dose gets over 4,000 units/day. D3 is a wonder vitamin good for lots of stuff. Read up on it. I was deficient and have had two rounds of Rx D3 and still can't get my levels up. GOJI juice and High Potency Oregano Oil excellent for immune system and viral/bacterial infections.

I remember when I was growing up, kids would occasionally get chicken pox. But nowadays, I haven't heard of any kid get the chicken pox virus.

That is just my experience, though.

Dr. Horowitz is very informative , truthful , knowledgable, and has integrity. Hope he's wrong about the H1N1, but I'm getting more worried he's correct again. It's a scary situation and the fear is just making me uneasy.

I think I understand Dr. Horowitz's reasoning & I truly respect him. He has excellent credentials. But I 'm still confused since many pro vaccine physicians also have good degrees & seem sensible.

Vaccines definitely have risks & some side effects are just horrible a& sometimes result in death & who knows what else! But I see the success of the smallpox vaccine (hardly anyone gets it nowadays) & the chicken pox vaccine, (it's rare to see US kids in the US get chicken pox.)

Yes I know what you mean but, now that kids don't get measles any more as we've messed with nature and ppl's immune systems, older generation are not shielded from shingles. People used to put their kids together to get it over with then naturally kids built up immunity. This was far, far safer than injecting them with foreign matter that interferes with their imunity later in life. I know good doctors say otherwise, Dr H admits he was one of them until he did more research into the science

It makes you wonder if the kids in Ukraine were given this flu mist vaccine, thats been my thoughts since hearing about it. If it spreads into UK and they arent quick enough to close schools I will take my kids out of school immediately I dont care what they say.I will keep them home and they wont be going anywhere.
