Yes that is correct. Not Undercity. But the entrance and the throne is the ruin of Lordaeron! If you enter the throne room, you can hear hushed voices of Arthas, King Terenas, and Other people talking.

you can he the bells ringing as they were at arthas' return, the path to the throne room, cheering with the voices of the long dead people who cheered for their beloved princes return. and even the echoes of arthas' voice as he killed his father. you can actually see the blood of teranas in the throne room on the left.

Well Technically, Arthas was the first real Death Knight after abandoning the Holy Light of Creation and merging with the spirit of the Lich King after destroying the Frozen Throne with the runeblade (the blade of a Death Knight), Frostmourne. You might look at it as his humanity "dying" and being "resurrected" as the being he is now.

I personally liked the cheering for Arthas' arrival. I find it really interesting; the citizens were cheering for their prince, and the ghosts would be cheering for the Lich King.

I used 3 editing effects in this video (all are used in the footage when I'm running out of the building):

1 - A "ghosting" effect (via Adobe Premiere Elements).

2 - The whispers normally only play in the main hall, but I edited them to also play during the run out.

3 - To answer the question of the ghosts - I had a Warlock cast "Detect Invisibility" on me. It's a neat little WoW Easter Egg that any player can replicate and enjoy.
