Maybe so they sound like Squeeze at times, but I like both bands alot. Now that you brought it up it kind of does have that Cool For Cats feel to it.But it sure doesn't sound anything like Slap And Tickle. If anything it sounds like the title track Cool For Cats.
@newwavepopman These guys played at the CA World Music Festival in "79" with Ted Nugent, Cheap Trick, REO Speedwagon and they played new wave even though everyone there were rock and roll fans. They were a strange sound at the time. :-) Not well received. The Cars Rock!
there are so many remake movies of tv shows from the 60's, 70's and 80's. i have movie script for a new and improved 60 milloin $ man. he's buildt from s mart parts.
@froggyblat The time is right to get your movie made. It would be huge and I can hardly believe that nobody has done it yet! Also, there is a revolution going on with so called "bionic" parts for paraplegics and quadriplegics.
@graphiqgirl I was looking for the same thing! There used to be a posting of the song. Even tougher to find are the correct lyrics. There are parts that I just cannot make out, and I couldn't find them posted anywhere.
I've Think Pink on effing casette. Sounds like crap , but the songs are still amazing. The violine just rocks! Any Port in a Storm is another great tune.
I own this LP. Same shape as yours. i loved theis approach to music, FUN. robert beckingham violinist formed poodle 75. has played with tom petty shania twain mark knoffler
I could just see this played in the background or used for a music video fo Mortal Kombat for the Lin Kui when they were all cyberized

Yes, 30 years later this song rocks. I used to be a roadie for a band that covered this song and "Mr. Mike."
