u can get it by the mission "never trust a snake" with APPU then u need on a moment to ride the ferrini and when mission is done just play it out and when u play with bart at the place were u need to talk to krusty when u done that u need to talk to otto and then u have the ferrini.

you didnt really explain the lego car, because you changed the vid. i thought cheats had to be entered on the option screen on the main menu. but i could be wrong.
