he does have some metal songs yes, but out of the majority of what he released, its just very easy going, and even most rof his songs that have metal riffs in it, slow down for his voice. its not bad the musics good, but they gear their music specificaly for his voice, which just seems to be "soft" sounding.

You are right the music is somewhat held back because of his voice but it is still metal. Even when Ozzy was in sabbath I have always preferred Sabbath with Maritn and Dio. Ozzy was never that great of a vocalist to begin with, he gains most of his fame from the insane,drug ridden, maniacal image portrayed by him in the media.

What gets me is Metallica is not the only music act in metal that is slipping because of age. I have seen Ozzy live over the years and noticed the past couple times he really been slipping. Ozzmosis was complete shit. It was a pop album. Ozzy's last good record was "no rest for the wicked". His best is "diary of a madman". I agree though Ozzy is slippin...not because of age but because of money. Kreator, Megadeth, Iron Maiden are old too but they arent slipping with age. Its all about passion for good metal music. Ozzy doesnt care anymore about making good music all he cares about is what his greedy dumbass producers tell him to do.
