speed cameras will kill more than save, people driver slower in towns etc were speed cameras are and use lower gears so use more petrol a car driving at 29mph is far less economic than one driving at 35mph, and when millions of cars are driving at the lower speed to avoid getting speeding fines thats an extra few hundred thousand barrels of oil burnt every day which means peak oil will happen quicker and without oil no fertilizers or pesticides can be made so millions in the third world starve..

Old technology. If the police get any errors now - the details are logged on the PNC. The vehicle is stopped and searched if possible, or towed away the next day. If a jammer is found, the person is prosecuted for perverting the course of justice. A fine is better than prison, so don't buy jammers.
