I love this film. Critics said horrible things about this film but I don't care. They criticized Mad Max 3, Rambo 3, Alien 3, Jurassic Park 3, X-Men 3, Mission Impossible 3, Resident Evil 3 but I loved all these films. The same with Spider-Man 3. Yes, it was weaker than previous two films but the storyline was interesting. Peter has 3 strong rivals including his darker side. Visual effects & fight scenes were impressive. Tobey Maguire, Kirsten Dunst & James Franco were awesome
ye a new rebbot. i'm hopeful. spidey 3 was awful. hollywoodisation killed it and made it cringing and unbearbly cheesey, like the time he said "later chump" and dropped down to the sewers (approximately a 5 cm drop) in a ballet pose. spidey 2 was serious. the best superhero film of all time. spidey 3 was just TERRIBLE. soooooo cheesey, rushed and depressing with all the stupid crying and.... i tell you what, if you want my thoughts, watch "how spiderman 3 should have ended". that sums it up 4 me

Ok,Mac Gargan has to become Scorpion before he bonds with the symbiote and they can't put all that into one movie.If the fans want a classic villain,they will probably get the Lizard or Carnage in the 4th movie (if there is one).If Harry got a few scars,so Eddie couldn't have died(if he did,there should at least be a body,so we may see him in SM4.On the other hand,Sam Raimi doesn't give a shit about Venom,so I wouldn't be surprised if they never mention what happened and never show him again...

Maybe part of the symbiote was kept on him when he was supposably pushed out of the symbiote. I mean Brock's body was never recovered. I highly doubt that it would desinegrate all of brock's body and the symbiote. As it seen in the comics and the movie Venom is not easy at all to kill.
The only thing i didnt really like about the whole Venom thing is that 1 at first I always thought venom was blue, due to the comic colors, and Marvel vs Capcom, but i didnt really mind that but what DID was that they made Venom... like PUNY they didnt make him the Big Muscular Venom he is supposed to be... idk that just kinda annoyed me

Kristen Dunst has had some okay movies. Your right about the Emo thing. Gwen Stacy should not have been in the movie. Venom/Eddie got so little screen time. I liked Harry in the movie. I totally agree. I wasnt dissapointed with spiderman 1, because the story was well put together on screen and wasnt rushed. The same with part 2. This had to much stuff rushed and the whole 15 minutes of venom and venom going to ask for help is redicolous. I wasnt dissapointed by the first 2 movies and I have been reading spiderman comics for a while, but I was dissapointed by 3 and that is due to a story and certain main characters that where rushed and thrown in to get me to go see it.

nxt film they should introduce an angry father who blames spidey for death of his son.he shud be built like a brick shithouse nd be called eddie brock senior.the proper eddie brock.the investigation into his sons death would lead him to the symbiote that connors has and elpresto, venom is born. he could even be an ex reporter sacked for his inability to get a picture of spidey(in first film robbie said "eddie's been on it for a week").
I was bitterly dissapointed by the movie myself, Venom especially. Although I like your way of thinking, you said; If you've read the books, you wont like the movie as much. I never thought of it that way, thanks. I'm not sure why Spider-Man 3 wasn't as good as the previous movies, but it wasn't because they had multiple villians. The Dark Knight had three vllians counting Scarecrow, and it kicked ass.
venom's stature in this movie was too small, was like carnage or something. the actor is too boyish both in size and demeanor, spider-man's is one thing, but venom's.... basically their interpretation of venom is perfectly piss poor, imo. sandman was pretty cool. overall movie was mediocre.

Spiderman 3 was horrible compared to 1 and 2. Whenever they try to introduce several villains at the same time they always mess it up. Focus on ONE villain instead of trying to CRAM as much in and thus hurting the plot.

I don't hate the movie. I liked it, but I did not think it was as good as the first two. The Story lines seemed a bit rushed. Venom was way rushed. they could set him up for Spider-man 4 instead of throwing him in the last 20 minutes of this film. Gwen Stacey was pointless. There was no reason for her to be there. Sandman was excellent but I don't think he should have been Uncle Ben's killer because it ruined Peter whole reason for becoming Spider-man.

ur right dcompose. soooooooo many people had thier idea of what the movie would be like, everbody would get disappointed. because in the end i think we just need to watch the movie and see how good it really was. sam did a good job on this 1 and i hope he directs # 4.
I thought it was great to watch in the movies. DCompose, i agree completely with everything you said except i thought it was better than the 2nd. The i didnt enjoy the 2nd. I also liked the gliding out of sandman. The ending was a bit long aswell.

I stopped listening after 3:38. This fellow clearly has no idea what he's talking about. The acting in this movie was so bad that if it were alive, it would be a mentally retarded old man trying to stab people with a safety pin. Tobey Maguire is too much of a nice guy to be even near the badass charscter that spiderman is, Kirsten Dunst sucks at being the strong female type that Mj is (didnt you guys grow up with the same cartoon I did in the 90s?), and venom was terrible, just terrible.
What i realised when I was Spider-man I the other night is that JJ says "Eddie has been on it for months.." but still couldn't get a picture. I thought this movie contridicted itself way too much.

totally agreed dude. Venom was excellent in this movie except for two things - one he needed to be a LOT buffer and a bit bigger. 2 - HES NOT a killer, he protects the innocent, he just hates spidey. so the way they had him kill harry with no remorse was a embarassment to us venom fans...

The ending reminded me of how Venom blew up in Ultimate Spiderman. Though, in the movie I'm assuming he died since there won't be a Spiderman 4.

nxt film they should introduce an angry father who blames spidey for death of his son.he shud be built like a brick shithouse nd be called eddie brock senior.the proper eddie brock.the investigation into his sons death would lead him to the symbiote that connors has and elpresto, venom is born. he could even be an ex reporter sacked for his inability to get a picture of spidey(in first film robbie said "eddie's been on it for a week").

I was bitterly dissapointed by the movie myself, Venom especially. Although I like your way of thinking, you said; If you've read the books, you wont like the movie as much. I never thought of it that way, thanks. I still think Raimi could of done a little better though (No stupid music scenes, no emo, Venoms voice, the chameleon-esqe powers of the costume, and a better explainaton as to why the Venom/Sandman teamup-and why Parker let him go so easily-he was going to kill him just now!!!

I'm not sure why Spider-Man 3 wasn't as good as the previous movies, but it wasn't because they had multiple villians. The Dark Knight had three vllians counting Scarecrow, and it kicked ass.

venom's stature in this movie was too small, was like carnage or something. the actor is too boyish both in size and demeanor, spider-man's is one thing, but venom's.... basically their interpretation of venom is perfectly piss poor, imo. sandman was pretty cool. overall movie was mediocre.

The way the portray Venom in the movie was more like the way i see Carnage.
Venom ain't suppose to be the same size as Spider-Man and make shrill-shrieks....That's Carnage.
Venom is suppose to be big and muscular with a mighty roar (or something).
And Topher Grace was wrong from the beginning, he doesn't have the physique or The Balls to play the character Eddie Brock.

Spiderman 3 was horrible compared to 1 and 2. Whenever they try to introduce several villains at the same time they always mess it up. Focus on ONE villain instead of trying to CRAM as much in and thus hurting the plot.

I don't hate the movie. I liked it, but I did not think it was as good as the first two. The Story lines seemed a bit rushed. Venom was way rushed. they could set him up for Spider-man 4 instead of throwing him in the last 20 minutes of this film. Gwen Stacey was pointless. There was no reason for her to be there. Sandman was excellent but I don't think he should have been Uncle Ben's killer because it ruined Peter whole reason for becoming Spider-man.

I stopped listening after 3:38. This fellow clearly has no idea what he's talking about. The acting in this movie was so bad that if it were alive, it would be a mentally retarded old man trying to stab people with a safety pin. Tobey Maguire is too much of a nice guy to be even near the badass charscter that spiderman is, Kirsten Dunst sucks at being the strong female type that Mj is (didnt you guys grow up with the same cartoon I did in the 90s?), and venom was terrible, just terrible.

totally agreed dude. Venom was excellent in this movie except for two things - one he needed to be a LOT buffer and a bit bigger. 2 - HES NOT a killer, he protects the innocent, he just hates spidey. so the way they had him kill harry with no remorse was a embarassment to us venom fans...
Sam Raimi seriously needs to learn more about venom... hope in part 4 Venom is better. Cuz hes definitely not dead. Carnage and lizard will prolly be in 4.
