  • The sun isn't the only thing that causes Atinic Keratoses.....Facial laser treatments such as IPL, Affirm, Thermage, XPL, laser resurfacing and just about any other laser treatment will cause this. The heat from these lasers is 1000x stronger than the sun and will cause extensive damage far below the surface of the skin. Beware!
