Well since unlimited cruise episode 1 and episode 2 came out in europe too, i think this game will too, namco bandai knows that one piece sells well in europe, but i think there is a strange thing in this video, Whitebeard still has tubes on his body... while in the official website of this game he haven't got them and in a screen you can see him using his devil fruit's ability, also, new characters emporio ivankov and boa hancock are confirmed
