  • but tel me how those calculation can be store in the relevant table??????

  • Say I have a few Product ID's; to each being assigned a quota. These Product IDs split into Sub IDs which correspond to an expense from the overall quota. How do I go about making a form where the quota for a given product ID is subtracted by all of its Sub IDs?

Example; I have IDs UV123 with total quota 150 and ID XY456 with total quota of 400. ID XY456 has entries associated: Sub 02 with value 40 n sub 03 with value 60. Both values of subs 02 n 03 hav to b subtracted from the ID overall quota

  • davis1337 to do that, you should create a query based on your Products Table. In the query create a calculated field using the formula as shown on the example presented to us by our kind tutor of this video.

  • how can you store the total or the tax on that product in your table if you DO want to store it?

  • I agree with Jonez176 and eighteenfive. Your lessons are well-presented in every way, and it is very good of you to provide us with them.
