This was from the week of November 24, 1980 based on the "HBO Weekend" promo. Don't know of an exact date (either 11/24 or 11/27 since that was when the Sneak Preview aired).

I've always preferred the pre-'81 HBO logo with the 'O' overlapping the 'B'.
