I agree she sing greatly. When I say mechanical, it is just to comment on her skills. Mechanical in playing is not bad actually. It means she is in tempo (which many pple are unable to do it) but the guitar sound like a clock work.

I believe, in her next few videos as she play more often, her guitar skills will become more "flowy" to complement her singing skills. Thats what I meant. As such, mechanical is in a sense a praise not critism.

I think every musicians can and have the right to choose to sing what they like.

Music is an extension of a person's character. So whatever he/she want to express it, they sing it out.

As such, when I see a cute girl with a good voice sang a strange song, I just cannot help to wonder.

There are many music genre out there with different lyrics. I feel that if one want to fully express their characters, they need to choose their songs well. When that happen, the sogn wil be special.
