Your ''godawful backing band' are the original ICU; with Judge Trev on guitar, Nazzer Ali Khan on bass, Dino Ferrari on drums, Nik Turner vox and sax, Ola Wola (with them occaisionally since 1980) on B vox and percussion and Elfin Farnon-Turner on percussion. Only one missing is Steve Pond :-)
