i will help i have many times... in also saved two puppies from being beaten to death in connecticut.... i gave them away last year with the help of my friends family and auhtority..... i gave both to a friend who was in the hospital and he was very happy afterwards........ donating to funds and protection services and stuff like that can also help too becaus esometimes gov't can't help because there isn't enough money to support all of them
