To me, the person in the video sounds like an English English Speaking White South African, possibly from one of the major cities in South Africa. You wouldn't get an Afrikaans (African Dutch) English Speaking White South African with the same accent as the person in the video. It will also be different from an English Speaking Black South African or an English Asian Speaking South African.
