It is true that in this scene the cars are correct for the period, but there are 3 cars that are not, 2 Edsels (not released until 1958) and a 1959 Ford police car. If you didn't notice that before.

Please don't verbally beat me up. I was making a historical comment for those who were interested. It doesn't mean I wont see the film or I a "defect" guy. Anyway, it doesn't matter, the first Indy Movie took place in 1936 but which includes Afrika Corps that didn't exist until later. All I'm saying is something for car buffs. I'm not trying to piss off people like you. I hope this proves I'm not a jerk.

It's alright. I'm a BIG Indy fan too. I understand where your comming from. I tell people I'm excited about it and they say, "Oh great", or "It's gonna suck". We all know it's been 20 years, but so what. It looks good.

Wow, never heard about that. And about the old man thing, at least he plays Indy as an older man, not a younger one. And he's not to old, Moe Howard from the three stooges worked into his mid seventies. And that was 30 years ago!

Good ovservation...The bike used in the movie is a late model twin cam harley softail. The movie is set in 57'... Hmmm shouldnt it be a 57' or older panhead, flat head or knuck?

@bronman13 harley gave them 5 new springer classic bikes and all the parts, some dude dressed em up like the 50s for the movie...2 are in the harley museum
