I think Dawkins is ridiculous to say grace for historical purposes. Sounds as if Hitchens may be the only one among them that patterns his life after what he actually believes.

It's not just historical purposes that Dawkins says grace, but also as he said, a matter of simply courtesy.
Examine your life and you'll probably find thousands of things which you buy into or appropriate that contradict your current belief system.
