  • IT WORKS! Thank you so much, had first nights uninterrupted sleep in a week.

  • I've had everything from accupuncture, accupressure, braces, injections - 2 in my right elbow, 1 in my left. here i go again. this hurts so bad and people that don't have it, have noooo idea just how much this hurts!

  • jesus christ, I was almost gonna kill myself, because my arms were makin me throw up, and I did this with gaffer tape

it worked like fucking magic, can I donate some money to someone for this advice

  • this is a good choice of treating this case-it is much helpfull

  • Tape? lol get the TrPs out first, check out the supinator and bicep, flexors/ext for restriction, TE is just a blanket statement.

  • Iontophoresis with dexamethasone fixes this condition in no time

  • sirs, me and sherrie are always watching these tennis elbow videos, I find them helpful..

  • this is one of the best treatments for tennis elbow.

  • so it doesnt stop your circulation in your arm ?

  • i think that wont stop or make any alteration on the circulation coz the tape is not fully wrapped on the elbow..

    tanx for this video..

  • no, that is why you dont put the tape all the way around the arm

  • there simply causing tendon slack sirs..I think acupuncture would help sirs..

  • If you apply accupuncture and the pain goes away, fine. Do it. However, Mulligan has various manual mobilization techniques along with taping that help change the mechanics involved with the pain. I had a tennis elbow, I mobilized the elbow joints; pain went away; therefore, exposing a mechanical problem. It's better to allow for proper mechanical function then just alter the pain sensation when able.

  • Wow, that works. Thanks!

  • Well presented. One to try.

  • my mum has a tennis elbow do you no any other treatments she could try to get rid of it ???? it would be very useful

  • an assessment with a physical therapist would be a good start :]

  • very good technique

  • interesting.

  • Good example, very well presented.

  • intresting
