Apart from the King (R.Kelly) in my eyes of today's R&B male vocal artists, Joe is hands down someone who deserves recognition but seems to be undermined in the sea of "singers" who don't posses a flicker of light to his brightly shining candle. Name any of your favorites possessing "hits" on the R&B charts and Joe outshines them on talent but when it comes to the mass appeal they receive for various reasons, he lacks, which is quite sad because I could play his albums entirely through.

to dannellNraven, i have to say for me joe is on a par as a singer with FB they are both amazing singers from different eras, FB has my upmost respect as he is one of the greats but Joe is way under estimated, hes sold a load of records and his albums are timeless.
