My kid did this and was arrested and kicked out of school. There are plenty of others. Google arrest, aluminum foil works bomb and you will see kids get their butts hauled to jail under felony charges all the time for this stupid "toy".
Yesterday me and my buddy did this, It's so much fun, and they are even louder than the fireworks we have and it's cheap, and it's legal too I think haha!
