@SpiritChildKyra of course! i actually used Gaussian blur ^^ i used it to like, 2 or 3 but even then i did it a couple times ^^

I feel stupid for asking, but, after you used the lasso tool, what did you dos to get the lines to blur out? Also, how did you achieve that effect in the background? I'm a bit new to PDN, and I haven't figured it out on my own yet.

@FlamingBlade130  i went into effects and went on Gaussian Blur. and as for the lightning, i used a tutorial ^^; just search for "how to make lightning in Paint.net" in youtube, the one i used had instructions in the description ^^ hope that helps!!~ ^3^

Sorry I don't understand what you used the lasso for?

@CarminaNex i used the lasso to select a certain area in my drawing when colouring so i could then blur the colours together to create shading ^^

@mistykitty12 don't worry about it, that's not a stupid question at all ^^ and about the lines, all i did was add another layer in paint.net. you'll notice that i have two layers in the little box in the lower right hand corner ^^ to add a layer you press the icon in the lower left corner of that box, then select that layer and thats where you do the line art ^3^ i hope that helped ^^ sorry for such a long reply X'3
