Man, you really have a snow problem! ;D

Here's an idea: Why don't you attach the Go-pro to a hat or cap. You can also use an elastic strap to place it on your fore head (Miner lamp style). In that way your head will always point to the model and don't have to worry about pointing at it with the transmitter.
