Who's this narrated by during 0:10-0:16, and 0:26-0:32? When I heard, "Ja ne," I immediately assumed it was Minato. Minato's voice at 1:21-1:36 sounded a bit different, though. ^_^ I'm just really curious to know if he voiced the beginning, too.
