check air filter and/ or change fuel filter,located behind the motor, if you have a check engine could be MAF sensor. Try also cheking the pressure on the fuel pump.

@mazapantony2 i replaced the fuel filter about a year ago i never even thought of the MAF fuel pressure is good

@fantheman6969 ... If  MAF sensor its ok , the problen is the SHOCK sensor (Accelerometer). its a black sensor located at the end of the air tube. new its arround $150..

TIP : check compression in headcams, if they are good... you will only be nneeding rubbers in lifters and is sheap to repair .... : D .... i had the same problem ....
