How to Whiten Teeth At Home : Are You a Good Candidate for Teeth Whitening?

none of your videos, which say "how to whiten..." actually say how to whiten... one video says how to make them APPEAR white (by wearing darker clothes, etc" and this one goes over the possibilty of whether or not you CAN whiten them. why say "how to" in the title!?

Actually, I just saw a couple vids that told me I could mix 2 teaspoons of hydrogen peroxide and 2 teaspoons of baking soda and mix to create a paste that i could use once weekly toward whitening my teeth.

Tissue damage may result (enamel is a tissue) if used too often, so 1ce weekly was the recommendation.

I do have white spots on some of my teeth. They're sort of shaped like a half moon. I got them when I had braces. I went days without brushing. My teeth are really screwed up. I tried plus white and haven't seen any difference at all.

my teeth are yellow but i don't know if it's how they have naturally grown.. i drink coffee like coffee and coke very rarely, and beer never, so umm does that make a difference?
