Whitehall MVC with Wire Fire - District 37

Damn, must be that time of the year. We had an MVA two days ago, that also involved downed live electrical lines.

And then 45 minutes later, another MVA where a dumptrack ran-over a poll and, knocked live wires onto the ground.

Both ended up causing bush fires, and trees on fire.

Blah.

Is it possible to drown the live wires in foam?
