  • lol how much did you pay for that computer 2000 just to do the effects? i have a 300 laptop and i can do batter effects using ubuntu 11.10.

  • THAT SONG! OH MY GOODNESS GRACIOUS! IS THE WORLD RUNNING OUT OF GOOD MUSIC FOR YOUTUBE VIDEOS!?>

  • Way to go Windows 7! LOL

  • i heard from a friend macs are having really good videocards is that true?

  • You can do the same AND MUCH MORE with Compiz FOR FREE! Hahaha And with MAC you still have viruses :P Linux is life.

  • You talk about mac beauty but your mac is horrible. Icons on the desktop (wtf), terrible wallpaper, hundreds of things in the dock.

Macs are minimal, learn something about beauty before posting videos.

  • Круто!

  • i like my mac just the way it is i dont need to change everything around like that but it looks cool the way you have it... nice vid

  • cmon guys wtf . stop this madnes use linux .i am with ubuntu 10.10 and its much better and its free.

  • I think your shift key is broken :P

  • I wish that Leopard was as customizable as Unbuntu. I like the effects you can achieve with Unbuntu.

  • Fuck, not this song again...

  • You do this slow motion effect by pressing the "Shift" key and clicking on anything!

  • cuanto pesa ¿?

  • The music is "009 Sound System - Dreamscape".

  • I can't tell if it's the video, my machine, or the performance on your computer, but i see some hesitation when doing some of the visual effects. Is it heavy on the machine?

  • you know what, linux beats both mac and pc end of story

  • This music is so over used!!! Along with Bodies by Drowning pool! :P OMFG! Seriously!

  • Very cool. But how do you do the ripple-effect click? I've seen it on other Macs with OS X Leopard and I can't figure out how to enable it on mine. Help?

  • cool effects

  • all of these can be done and even better in Ubuntu

  • Comment removed

  • how do you that?

    u have to download something?

  • Macs are not expensive...

  • @ehex5 They're MORE expensive than PCs.

  • @JakeTheFakeReal and your a faggot

  • @ehex5 Right, because that's the way to show a difference in a opinions. Child.

  • @JakeTheFakeReal Umad?

  • I want a Mac it looks so cool but they're really expensive.

  • How can i get those effects on Windows..?

  • get a mac

  • @DarkUserRo

you can't. Have fun with your crappy Aero effects. Oh, and enjoy your BSOD!

  • it's amazing comparing 10.5 to 10.1 interface.

  • What I was referring to was the fact that free antivirus software is all you need.

  • @tipoomaster

You don't need AV software, free or otherwise on Linux. You're ignorant.

  • We were not talking about Linux. Reed the full thread before making an ass of yourself. I am a Linux user myself, I know that you don't need it.

  • os x compiz is wonderful than vista and ubuntu

  • @MrChezco1995

What in God's name are you talking about? Compiz is the compositing desktop effects manager for Linux (and other *nix's) But regardless of how "Unix-like" OSX is, Compiz simply has not been and likely WILL NEVER be ported to it. Learn2computer you N00b

  • compiz kills mac.

  • In some ways it does but Compiz is limited :P Mac is not :D

  • Mac is far more limited than compiz. You can't do half the things on a Mac that you can do in on compiz. Mac is a joke.

  • There's a mac tool where you can program your OWN effects :) I sitll like linux... I'm not saying compiz sucks, I'm just saying that (And correct me if I'm wrong) you cant make your own compiz effects, when you can use a machack tool to make your own effects ^.^

  • You can do that in Linux as well.

  • Oh, cool! :D

  • Compis is an application, Mac is an operative system! I think that the visual effects are the joke, and not the entire system. D'you use Linux only for the compiz effects? THIS is a joke..

  • @zabarabba80

For the record, expose, workspaces and the dock (yes, even the dock!!!) have their roots in Unix/Linux, long before Apple ever stole them. The first floating dock ever seen on an OS was on nextep (granted, nextep is what the source code for OSX was originally based on, but nextep was FOSS)

  • you kidding?! compiz is at least 1000 times better!?

  • compiz is probably a hundred times better

  • Viva compiz!

  • i see this so called windows company says mac is just a very nice paper weight....

  • How can I disable these effects ??

  • if you dont like these effects rather buy win7 and dont use mac ;-)

  • compiz is much better

  • nice , mac is really cool , but to expencive :s

  • But its worth.... only one time investment.... :-)

  • @eee10vrj Not true, no matter if i ts a PC or MAC you still need to replace it after some years

  • @karvanaamaria Not true, no matter if i ts a PC or MAC you still need to replace it after some years....... yea about tht comment just letting you in on somthing an average pc user has to replace there computer every 2 yrs and the average mac user has to replace there computer every 7yrs. just a fact :)

  • better than buy antivirus etc. licences and every single year repair some f*ckin problems on your pc:)

  • @honzikwinkler People still use paid antivirus software?

  • @vardushik And they don't get viruses. So.. a windows that crashes all the time and an anti-virus that uses resources? Or a Mac not needing anti-virus because it's useless and it won't use up resources? ;)

  • @vardushik no you can get a mac mini 500GB HD, 4 GB RAM, with Mac OS X Server Snow Leopard and a Quad Core Processor for only $999.00...now that's a GREAT price for all that you gotta admitt

  • @vardushik What you pay is what you get ;)

  • nice deskteop

  • shift key,,, cool i learn new useless things everyday.. love it!

  • Mac is indeed a mature computer system made for mature users such as ourselves.

  • can ubuntu or mac effects be brought to windows?

  • some programs I have seen can. There is one for windows that attempts to mimmic mac's expose feature, and does a pretty well job. Rocketdock is great for those who want a dock.

  • wow i learned something new i didnt know you could drag one windows while in spaces to another space

  • WOOOOOW

hold shift, and click the thing

    MAGIC!!!! god

  • song name?

  • that songs awesome! whats it called?

  • wow i almost come!!!aj mrs odavde buuuudalo

  • If you press and hold the "Shift" button on your keyboard and then open a stack/spaces/dashboard/minimise/maximise... basically anything with an animation to it, pressing and holding shift will slow it right down... I don't know why, but it does!

  • ...and if you have a terminal window open and type killall Dock while the window is minimizing it will freeze that way

  • what the music??

  • i found this music in youtube's music playlist..... !!!

  • Where? Could i send the link?!

  • sorry... i don't know ..... youtube itself chosen this bg for using unlicensed audio.......

  • @eee10vrj its Dreamscape artist: sound system

  • @kodenho SoundSystem - Dreamscape

  • @kodenho 009 Sound System - Dreamscape (Long Edit).

    /watch?v=sssyDl5Xjdc
