HOLY FUCK!!!! When I didn't have a job back in the day I used to play this shit from like 1 pm till about 3 am the next morning NONE FUCKING STOP!!!! LMAO the sounds of computer warriors killing each other in the back ground or drowning out under water somewhere made this shit almost the equivalent of online gaming even though it was just you and 3 other computer bots. I still have the n64 TO THIS DAY just to pull this game out from time to time. lol

@Dratermonkey The new Turok was current gen poop. The ending boss fight was a joke. A crappy Quick Time Event. The original Turok series was definitely the best. Turok is dead.

I wish i had a dvd recorder :(. There must be a cheaper alternative to recording consoles.

DVD recorders are fine but, seeing as you have a computer (you're on youtube), you can get a "usb analogue TV capture adaptor" for about $10 (or less if you go on ebay). You can then just record with youtube (as the computer treats it like a webcam). Or record with windows media player. No technical knowledge required. Search for hauppauge or pinnacle along with the words in quotes above. Even old USB sticks that say they only work with winxp, work in win7.

It's deathmatch hasn't aged the best on the 64, but it's still pretty fun to break out for the hell of it. Besides, any game with deathmatching on the 64 is good just because you can stretch it to four people total.

However, I'm just saying that more modern gamers will find it to be dated in nature. However, N64 fans should check into it. Even if you're just interested in the occasional bot deathmatch.

@teh2Dgamer Precisely! That is the best reason to get this. also, the playstation1 had a unattractive wobble effect on the 3d textures but n64, as per this great video had no such problems in 3d games!

Not that it'll ever happen, but I wish they'd release the classic Turok games on the Playstation Network with online multiplayer. I still play the first 2 on PC since I gave my cousins my N64.
