@TomorrowsVlog You don't really need to have patents. I haven't any myself. Patience is necessary with any instrument but if you want to learn a stringed instrument you can't beat the uke for a short learning curve.
I got a uke for christmas and the intonation was waay off on fretted notes as a result of high action so I sanded down the nut and saddle. Now intonation is better and I am very proud of myself :D
If you tighten the string, the fretted notes will be too sharp and it'll sound awful. So you have to shorten the vibrating length of the string instead... I hope that explains it?
i don't know whether or not it's the strings or the work you did before the paper clip, but that's one of the best sounding mahalos both before and after the ghetto luthiery....cheers, Todd
I also hope you'll read the thread I've linked to in the description before you try it... there's information there you should know before you get crazy with the glue!
Hi, in that little song you played when showing the ukulele being out of tune, what were the chords? Job to see by looking at the hands.

Nice video, it worked on my ukulele and I didn't even notice a problem before I tried... That's how bad I am XD
Just out of curiosity, what is that song that you play at 0:27?

A fine red-neck repair. I did this to a guitar with a chunk of chopstick. Quick, easy, and cheap way to go from painful to playable.
