What is fring

Tried it on an HTC Wildfire and Wildfire S. It "works", kinda sorta. I tried it in both a home wireless network and the mobile telephone network data over 3G. 60 percent of the time you can hear the person, 40 percent of the time their voice breaks up like when a Skype call goes wrong. Fun little application but I would not waste my money buying credit. Suitable if your kids want to play walkie talkie games in the house and you don't want them wasting your mobile credit.

Or he needs a permission from his cell to his computer with one of the softwares (Skype...and more shit) he beeds on it? so the call is made through that very software??????

@TheGreenMonkeyMHFC Your partner don't have to use fring (although it is recommended). You can call him on Skype or GTALK as well. If you'd like to call him to his phone number, you need to have a SIP account or Skypeout credit.
