I did the same thing, except different things. I first put on my base coat (sally's hard as nails), I used Love My Nails in White, for the dots I used Sally's Xtreme Wear in Wet Cement, For the black outline I used Kiss Nail Art Paint in Black, then for the extra glitter I used Kiss Nail Art Paint in silver glitter, and for the top coat I used Rimmel London Base & Top Coat Pro.
