@D33Lux Who can blame them? People just want to live their lives peacefully, so if they have the things they need to make them comfortable enough of course they won't do anything.
Unfortunately the cradle is a rocking, and things are about to get a whole lot worse. Those animals will ram the fence - and RFID chipping might just be the catalyst. The only inevitable outcome of a police state is revolution, all they can hope to achieve through RFID is delaying the inevitable.

@governslayer The government is not the problem. Governments are put in to place to sustain the system, they are not good neither bad. They are only operating under the principals on which they were founded, and part of that is built in corruption and greed. Shouldn't be a surprise to anyone.
Kill every politician you want, and I gaurantee you the problem will perpetuate none the less.
In order to fix a problem you must address the root cause of that problem: Remove the monetary system.

@grahamnoyes The poor actually pay more taxes than they should. A lot of what people pay in rent is actually tax. When property taxes go up, rents also go up. Whereas middle-class people might complain but afford it, the poor might choose not to eat on certain days.
