I gave away many of my 45's to a good cause, it was hard to do, but glad I did it. This song came out right after a good friend got killed on a motorcycle. He loved this song, I dedicate this to him. I forutnately was not too young to enjoy this music. Having been born in the mid 70's (74) I enjoyed this music because my parents had this collection. And I have fond memories of not only hearing this music on the radio but also hearing it played on my block growing up. Truly awesome music man.

It's just so good, just so good, just so good baby...I always hated when the radio played the short version and cut that part out. WHAT a song, hunh? Both as pop music for the radio, and a record that STILL makes me wanna dance, it embodies perfectly the Dance Music that RULED in the 70"s. Thank God I lived that era - music and clubs today don't even come close to this level

I was too young to partake of the disco dance craze but this song still had an impact on me. Imagine being a lil kid & the radio was full of music like this....rhythmic yet light & harmonious. The music served as the backdrop to life and set the tone for everything. At times of negativity and stress, this offered a temporary escape and relief. It offered hope. We need a new millenium version of music like this and not the mindless, soul numbing crap that floods the radio waves now.
