i have tried that tutorial and i cannot figure out how to do it i think im doing the material wrong but could you or someone who know how to do it make a video tutorial
Nice job modeling the plane, and the lighting on the clouds looks great, with all that ambient light in the clouds maybe some of it would transfer to the plane, it looks a bit dark
anyone managed this with 3ds 2012?

put a small inwards cone where the exhaust is to make sure you don't get that annoying 'transparent hole'
