After the finale of second season i came to and end: Peter is a special kind of Observer! There have been a lot of clues this season that could confirm my theory!

Holy crap... i'm not even a fan of the show but JESUS!
This episode could be a show on its own. What a f*cking concept. To be honest, what it looks like is that there's a time traveler who rights the wrongs for the better of the future... or so it seems.
That guy looks awesome. The way he walks around like a time cop/ hitman makes it even more interesting. Very good Season. I'm buying the DVD when it comes out!

@PrivateRyan69 It's not the same Observer. The Observer we normally see is named September. However, the Observer who is a main character in this episode is named August (hence the name of the episode). All of the Observers look slightly different. They are still bald and have flat voices, but they look slightly different.
