But this game along with all other Zelda games were designed with gameplay in mind, and story only something they'd add in later, and SS's gameplay has to be one of the best Zelda has seen.

Fuckin Majoras mask was the hardest game out of all the other LOZ games. If not then certainly the dungeons were the most pain the ass. I got so confused with stonetower. Right near the end is when I got lost. The great bay was pretty hard it took me awhile to finally understand the water current and when to use the valves but I had to use a walkthrough in the middle. the snow level was fun until you had to hit the ice pillars in the right order at the end. that stumped me.

Eg. Hyrule is one, Termina is another. However they could do a story where maybe something happens from when Link leaves Hyrule, to going through the woods to reach Termina, like... Uh.. I dont know, maybe he reachs another place and meets a friend but then gets kidnapped, because it does say hes searching for a invaluable friend. or something like that,

Originally, I had included the old dark tribe in Termina to be doing bizzare and excruciatingly painful rituals, sealing a soul of a being into a mask.

A war was done within Termina, however, when the goddesses could literally hear the souls of the people, or should I say children used in the rituals.

The people in Termina had created the Stone Tower to penetrate (yes, I meant that pun) the heavens and to lay siege in the goddess's realm.

I also believe there were originally 5 giants. 4 to the cardinal directions and one at the middle. As the one in the middle sided with the godesses, the people decided to seal him into a mask (Specifically, the Giant's Mask). And as a last resort, they had taken 5 children, specifically friends. They had done the ritual by killing them in horrid ways. I think Goht would have died via Bloody Eagle (Too gruesome, google it). And they went in order of the temples.

@Tickoms First Odolwa was made into a monster. Then Goht, Gyorg, Twinmold. The final being, the one who watched all of them, his friends, die, Feeling his hatred and sorrow build up every day, eventually gets transformed into a mask as well (Consider what the mask Im implying looks like. Thats what got ripped out). However, unlike his now puppet-like friends, he refused to die. Like a Zelda version of Alma, he came back as a monster and killed all his tormentors.

@Tickoms The goddesses noticed the shift in power. They had decided that they would let the mask do it's destruction, as well as have someone infiltrate the cursed land as well. They chose the Knight of the goddess to help destroy Termina. They had him put to rest the 4 tormented children as well as seal the gateway into the Goddess' realm. And to lay even more seals, they transmorified the blood of the innocent children into a jewel that would reverse the tower, making it lead to Hell instead.

IF the hero could kill the masked sorrow, then Termina would be allowed to live. While they are fighting, the literal LAST person in Termina comes forth. He plays a song and 2 things occur.

The knight's power is sealed into a mask.

And the sorrowed mask becomes dormant.

In one last desperate act, the godesses banished the foolish man, ressurected and made all the people in Termina forget what had happened. They had taken the dead giant's soul out of the mask and made it into a moon which would eternally watch over Termina.

Obviously, the masked sorrow is Majora. IF you look at it, the mask is shaped like a heart with spikes on it, representing torture and hatred. I believe that the knight of the goddess would have to be a god himself as well, leading me to believe that Link was once a god, leading to create the Firce Diety's Mask.

Think. If all those masks were still sentinent (Souls sealed in a mask D:), then that would mean Majora is sentinent as well. It very well remembers that all people in Termina were the cause of his and his friend's damnation. Thus, awaiting the day that someone would come and equip him, he would want to make all his tormentors suffer. However, his tormentors eventually died, leaving only desendants. And remember, Majora made EVERY LIVING BEING in Termina suffer for a reason.

Ok for anyone who thinks Skyward Sword is bad because the way it looks. Who cares!? I thought Skyward Sword was gonna suck , but in that game link looks the same as he did In TWP (I mean how his physical features look, like his face.) Skyward sword is one of the longest Zelda games that i have ever played, and the strange thing is that all the events of Skyward Sword take place before OoT. Isn't that crazy? @Thiefenz and then the game becomes even easier when in stone tower temple you get a mask that makes you a FUCKING GIANT! this game has bosses which have a good balance of difficulty and ease and makes people think for a moment. and kafei is the little kid with the fox mask that runs down the stairs on the morning of the first day not 10 feet in front of you, if you can't find THAT then it's not this game that sucks it's your own lack of ability to play anything better than call of duty!

@Johnny3tears4eva I find both games really good, but since the they are really different in terms of gameplay since OoT is more about having an epic adventure and MM is more about what the player can learn from the game i don't like to compare them a lot, it isn't complicated if you want a game where you can have a lot of fun then play OoT and if you like a game with a lot of character development and epic story play MM, i rather MM for that reason while OoT seems like a simple Mario game to me.
